What Instruments Do You Play?
Guitar, Uke, Banjo and a little piano.

Shania Twain 1994 in Florida. The sound, crowd, sunshine and Shania and her band were on the money

Plenty in the past, when things went well, I enjoyed every minute of it. Except for lugging gear.
Have you ever played a bad gig?
A wedding in Gloucester. The wedding party took over my kit and went into open mic mode. I left with a broken guitar, a missing mic and damaged speaker grill.

Modern Country, old style rock and roll and light rock.
What is your favourite Witney Guitar Club song that we play?
Bonfire Heart (James Blunt)

The companionship of like minded people. Learning songs I would probably never pick myself.
What tips would you tell your younger self, just starting out to play?
What tips would you tell your younger self, just starting out to play?
Get out and play with other people as soon as you can. Your playing will advance quicker.
Tell us something about yourself that people may not know
I spent some time driving an 18-wheeler truck. Long haul, all over the USA.
