Queen and Adam Lambert in Nottingham about 12 years ago, great sound and Brian played "Love of your life" to Freddie's Mum who was in the audiance!

Which is the best gig you've ever played?

Several school band gigs that never sounded great

Which has been your best Witney Guitar Club gig so far?

The Elm tree, Witney. We sounded great in the small venue.

Combination of 70's and 80's, but I can listen to most music - I'm very open to anything.

I like to fingerpick my way through different tracks with a classical feel

What is your favourite Witney Guitar Club song that we play?

Prism in Jeans by Richard Hawley

What do you like most about The Witney Guitar Club?

We can sit down with a new song and it sounds good after just a couple of runs through. It also gives me a couple of hours to forget about work and focuses the mind.

Practice and learn to read music

Tell us something about yourself that people may not know

Never really picked up a guitar for over 30 years after my teenage years. I started playing again during COVID
